The Turnberry area in neighborhood in the World Golf Village is now a sellout.
The neighborhood’s 218 homesites, 172 single-family homes have been completed and 29 units are currently under construction.
Homes in Turnberry started in the mid-$200s with spaces from 1,800 to 2,500 square feet. The builders include Trademark Homes, SEDA Construction and Morrison Homes.
“We have had an exciting run of activity in The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village and the sellout of Turnberry is another of our important milestones,” said WGV Broker Sherry Davidson. “Davidson Realty had an incredible 2004 with more than $209 million in sales and activity is still going strong in 2005.”
The community recently announced the sellout of the LakeWood neighborhood.
