With the first of six buildings almost sold out and the second building nearing completion, Beazer Homes is releasing several residences at Deerwood Place Condominiums for immediate or early fall move-in.
There are two homes remaining in the first building and fewer than two dozen in the second. Many of the available residences feature views of the nearby lake or surrounding wooded area.
Beazer Homes is offering five two- and three-bedroom designs ranging from 1,432 to 2,025 square feet of living space at Deerwood Place. There also are several penthouses with more than 2,800 square feet of space. Prices for residences at Deerwood Place start in the mid $200s.
Deerwood Place includes controlled access, covered ground-level parking, individual storage closets and two elevators in each building. Community amenities include a swimming pool with fountains, hot tub, cabana and sun deck for lounging, and a recreation center featuring a fitness facility with more than 2,500 square feet of space and a wide variety of Nautilus equipment.
