Edgewater Companies Inc. is introducing Harbour View Townhomes. Only 20 of these townhomes are available.
Harbour View is located off Atlantic Boulevard on JoeAndy Road and adjacent to Queen’s Harbour Yacht and Country Club. Harbour View is an enclave of four buildings with five townhomes in each building. Each townhome will have its own private elevator service to approximately 2700 square feet of living space spread over three floors.
The floor plans offer four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and two-car garages. Concrete block first floors and fire walls, eight-foot doors and granite counters are some of the features included in these townhomes. The townhomes also include membership into Queens Harbour itself.
Preconstruction pricing starts in the $500s. Reservations are still available at $10,000.
