Remembering South Hampton from a visit she made to Jacksonville nearly two years ago, Doris Carter knew this was the community she wanted to call home after returning from her service in Kuwait.
Carter began her search for a new home at South Hampton at the Beazer Homes’ Web site, www.beazer.com, where she quickly found a floor plan that caught her eye and a new home counselor to help her find the right home.
Carter was in Jacksonville from Kuwait recently to close on her new home and see it for the first time. All of the Beazer Homes’ employees involved in the construction of Carter’s home were present to welcome new homeowner.
“My home, the setting and everything was just as Brenda described it to me. Her excitement made everything come alive,” Carter added. “Talking to Brenda and working with the Beazer team, I had every confidence that my home would be gorgeous when it was finished. They exceeded my expectations and made all of this happen. They are a team that really wanted to make me happy and I am grateful.”
Beazer Homes offers a variety of single and two-story floor plans that range in size from more than 1,800 square feet to more than 3,250 square feet of living space. Homes are priced from the $400s.
Residents of South Hampton have access to an array of amenities including the 18-hole championship Mark McCumber golf course, soccer fields, tennis and basketball courts and aquatic center.
