More than 150 area Realtors enjoyed a hard hat tour at Marina San Pablo, giving honored guests a sneak preview of the beautiful Intracoastal views from the new luxury condominium.
Realtors and industry professionals enjoyed live music and catered cuisine from Biscotti’s while touring the new condominium under construction on San Pablo Road.
Once complete, Marina San Pablo will have two, 10-story condominiums featuring Mediterranean-inspired architecture accentuated by stucco facades, terra-cotta roofs, balconies and arched doorways. The Yacht Club has a separate dining and lounge area, plus a fitness facility, pool, spa and terrace.
The first building at Marina San Pablo is completely sold out and the second 10-story building is 50 percent reserved by interested buyers. Residences at Marina San Pablo are priced from $650,000.
