Mercedes Homes recently donated several large items, including the bedroom furnishings from its model home in Summerbrook, to the Trinity Rescue Mission. Among many other things, Trinity Rescue Mission’s goal is to support women and children who are transitioning from sheltered care to their own housing.
“It is truly humbling to be involved with the outstanding services that Trinity Rescue Mission provides to our community,” said Heather Forshee, marketing director for Mercedes Homes. “As a company that takes great pride to improve people’s quality of life, we at Mercedes Homes are pleased to help this fine organization improve the lives and housing conditions for so many women and children.”
Several items to completely furnish a bedroom were donated to Trinity Rescue Mission, including a headboard, mattress and box-spring set, a dresser and a pair of nightstands. Also donated were a sofa, all-purpose table and several décor items.
