Centex Homes’ MiraVista at Harbortown, a new waterfront condominium community on the Intracoastal Waterway, marked its grand opening last month.
Located at 13846 Atlantic Blvd., just west of the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge, MiraVista at Harbortown is a marina community offering three floorplan designs starting from the $500s. MiraVista’s architectural style includes barrel tile roofs and full stucco exteriors on the three-story buildings, which use concrete block construction.
The gated waterfront enclave features The MiraVista Club — a community clubhouse with a fitness center, swimming pool, fountain, and landscaping. Residents may purchase boat slips in the 150-slip marina near the promenade.
Floorplans include The Drake, a 1,690-square-foot three-bedroom, two-bath home starting at $505,000; The Cortez, a 2,050-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bath home starting at $526,000 and The Magellan, a 2,674-square-foot three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home starting at $648,000.
