Providence Homes celebrated the milestone sale of it’s 1,000th home — a design called The Biscayne B in Victoria Lakes. To mark the occasion, Bill Cellar, president and CEO of Providence Homes, presented a $1,000 gift certificate for Rooms To Go and the home’s keys to its new owners, Ron and Brenda Holdren.

“The entire experience has been so great. Providence Homes and its entire staff went to great lengths — working with us, offering suggestions, and making changes — to build our family exactly the home we were looking for,” said Brenda Holdren. “Everything from the plan review meetings, throughout the actual construction process, and to the final closing was done with genuine care and sincere interest.”

The Biscayne B is a 2,530-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bathroom design.

The owner’s bath is designed with classic double sinks, large stand-up shower, and a garden tub. The home also includes decorative focal fixtures, full security system, and a landscaping package.

Located three miles north of 9A on Yellow Bluff Road, Victoria Lakes is a community that is situated between downtown Jacksonville and area beaches. Amidst the community’s 13 lakes and natural preserve, Victoria Lakes features a swimming pool, playground, and “tot lots” for younger children. Starting in the mid-$190s, Phase IV consists of 92 new lakefront, conservation, recreation and lake cul-de-sac homesites upon which homebuyers can build one of Providence Homes’ 18 three- and four-bedroom floor plans, which range between 1,573 and 2,964 square feet.
