Standard Pacific Homes has completed two new spec homes in the neighborhood of Amelia View.
These homes are within Amelia View’s last phase of building on Jacksonville’s Northside. They are:
• The St. Anne (2,447 square feet), a four-bedroom, three-bath stucco home offering a formal dining room,a family room, a kitchen with island and nook, and covered patio. This spec home is priced at $370,846.
• The Concord, Elevation A (3,614 square feet), featuring four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. This two-story home offers a foyer, formal living and dining rooms, and a kitchen with breakfast nook. The master bedroom offers his-and-her walk-in closets and a tray ceiling. This home is priced at $405,970.
“Amelia View combines convenience with the beauty of the Northside. We have seen a wonderful response to our offerings in this neighborhood,” said community sales manager Ray Kelso.
Amelia View residents have access to the community’s Amenity Center, which features a swimming pool, soccer field, clubhouse and covered lanai. Developed by Stokes & Company, Amelia View has a private waterfront park that includes a boat ramp with deep-water access, scenic view gazebo and secure parking for boat trailers.
Amelia View is located on Jacksonville’s Northside off Alta Drive near 9A and Heckscher. Standard Pacific now has a number of homes under construction in the community. Three additional specs will be completed in Amelia View’s fourth phase within the next six months.
