A short supply of Engle homes at Waterleaf is being readied for a holiday delivery date with several more available for an early 2006 move-in. These homes are the final opportunities for homebuyers to purchase an Engle home in the first phase of construction at Waterleaf.
Engle Homes, a member of the Tousa family of homebuilders, is offering 15 homes to round out its first phase of construction at Waterleaf. The available homes start at 1,797 square feet and are priced from the low $300s.
One of the homes slated for year-end completion is the Emerald plan. This home features a kitchen with a large island workspace and black-on-black appliances with a built-in microwave. Obscure windows grace the master bathrooms of the available homes, with one design featuring a marble master bath vanity top and the other showcasing upgraded wall tile in the master shower. The two Emerald plans under construction are 2,526 square feet and include an optional bathroom and closet in the homes’ bonus rooms.
The Kingston design also is estimated for completion by December. This design includes a trey ceiling in the master bedroom and family room, a covered porch and surround sound in the home’s bonus room. The Kingston is priced from the low $400s.
The community of Waterleaf features a host of amenities including a clubhouse and pool facilities and some homesites on community lakes or conservation belts.
