Plans to develop Harbour View Town-Homes, a 20-unit community just east of Atlantic Beach, were recently announced by Harbour View LLC.
Harbour View is adjacent to Queen’s Harbour Yacht and Country Club. Harbour View includes four buildings with five townhouses in each building. Each will have its own private elevator service to more than 2,700 square feet of living space spread over three floors.
The site plan and building elevations reflect the design concept for the private gated community with its own pool complex, the Mediterranean design tile roofs and an extensive use of pavers. The floor plans show that all the residences offer four-bedroom, three-and-one-half bathroom designs with an elevator and two-car garage. Concrete block first floors and fire walls, tall ceilings, eight-foot doors, granite counters, extensive tiling and wood flooring are just some of the features in these townhomes Investment in one of these homes includes a membership into Queen’s Harbour Golf and Country Club.
Pre-construction pricing starts in the $530s. Reservations are still available at $10,000. Completion is expected before the end of 2006.
