The Lofts at Jax Beach, a new loft community being developed in Jacksonville Beach, will feature three-story lofts with 10-foot ceilings, two-car garages and private elevators to an exclusive rooftop terrace and pool, all of which are standard features for each residence.
An open design and concrete construction are features of the buildings. The 10 residences include approximately 2,100 square feet of living space each and more than 1,000 square feet of rooftop terrace with private pools. Other features include stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite counters, Italian tile floors and European cabinetry.
Oceanani Group is the developer for The Lofts at Jax Beach. Construction is expected to begin in the spring with completion anticipated in one year. The Lofts are priced from the $900,000s.
