Mattamy Homes announced it will build a Taylor model home in the new St. Johns County community of Worthington Park.
“The Taylor floor plan represents some of Mattamy Homes’ most outstanding design features and options,” said Tami MacKinnon, vice president of sales and marketing for Mattamy Homes. “We are eager to make this beautiful floor plan a hands-on reality for the scores of interested homebuyers who are waiting to see it.”
Construction of the Taylor model home at Worthington Park is expected to begin in early 2006. It is one of 78 homes Mattamy is building in the community, which features a variety of residences on spacious 90- and 100-foot homesites. Homes at Worthington Park, located on SR 13 south of Worth Road, will be priced from the $400s.
The 3,451-square-foot Taylor model home at Worthington Park will feature a courtyard entry, a two-car garage and a bonus room. The model has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
