Metropolitan Homes & Realty Corp. has started construction on its newest townhome condominium project, Chatham Woods. It is the first of several residential real estate projects planned by the company.
Having begun construction in August of this year, Chris Mouhourtis of Mouhourtis Constructors, LLC, is well on its way to building the Westside’s townhome condominium community. Metropolitan Homes & Realty is the exclusive sales and marketing firm for the project.
With three buildings complete, Chatham Woods features two-story homes near the border of Duval and Clay counties. According to Michael Crawford, president of Metropolitan Homes & Realty, the estimated completion of Chatham Woods is within 12 to 18 months.

Chatham Woods consists of only 100 homes with pre-construction prices starting from the $120s.
