Located in the Mandarin Road area, Hunter Oaks will be CornerStone Homes’ newest neighborhood.

Composed of 11 large wooded homesites, Hunter Oaks will have prices starting in the $500,000s and homes will begin at 3,000-square-feet with attached three-car garages.

Homes will feature gas fireplaces, kitchens with breakfast nooks (per plan), Corian solid surface countertops, GE brand appliances and 42-inch upper cabinets, master bathrooms with Jacuzzi Whirlpool tubs and Corian vanity tops, and secondary bathrooms with cultured marble vanities.

“Hunter Oaks is a tremendously rare and desirable property in Old Mandarin,” said New Home Consultant Rhonda Martin. “It is an opportunity to find new homes on large wooded homesites that offer the world-class service associated with a CornerStone Homes’ community.”

A member of the Northeast Builders Florida Builders Association, CornerStone Homes is currently building in Captiva Bluff, Amelia View, Queen’s Harbour, Deercreek, MuraBella, Eagle Creek and Doctors Inlet Reserve.
