Coppenbarger Luxury Homes has completed Meditierra, a Ponte Vedra condominium community.

Meditierra is the first community to be completed under the Coppenbarger Luxury Homes name.

“I am so pleased to have been able to watch the progression of Mediterra. Now with the opening of our model, these beautiful plans have come to life,” said site agent Vivien Griffis.

Meditierra features luxury two- and three-bedroom condominiums with a den, a kitchen with nook, a family room and a dining room. Sizes range from 2,700 to 2,900 square feet of air conditioned living space.

The community will hold 26 units in seven buildings. Homesites and floor plans vary, but all condominium homes feature a private two-car garage with opener, a full security system and a private courtyard to enclose a garden, spa or small swimming pool.

Each concrete-block building houses only four residences, with private elevators for second-floor homes. Clay roof tiles add to the Mediterranean appeal of this community.

Located a block from AIA, off Mickler Road, every Meditierra condominium offers an available membership to the Marsh Landing Country Club with initiation fee to be paid by Coppenbarger Homes. Meditierra home prices start in the $600’s.

Coppenbarger Luxury Homes, created by Ron Coppenbarger, serves the North Florida luxury-home market.

Coppenbarger Homes, a company known for custom and traditional single-family home building, now operates under the Standard Pacific Name. Standard Pacific, one of the nation’s largest homebuilders has built homes for more than 70,000 families during its 39-year history.
