Ryland Homes reported it sold 377 new homes in seven neighborhoods in Clay, St. Johns and Duval Counties during its first full year of operations in 2004.
Jeff Agar, president of Ryland Homes in the Jacksonville area, said the homebuilder closed on sales of 272 homes during the year. Revenues from sales totaled more than $60 million, Agar added.
Ryland plans to open four new neighborhoods in 2005 and three neighborhoods before summer. Three of the new neighborhoods will be located in St. Johns County, Agar said. The other will be in south Duval.
