With only 10 lots remaining in the community of Johns Creek, Coppenbarger Homes announces the completion of its Johns Creek model home, the San Marco.
Johns Creek currently has 15 Coppenbarger spec homes in various stages of construction.
Of these specs, one is ready for sale: The Ruby, at 1,834 square feet, is a brick home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This home offers an optional library or fourth bedroom, formal living and dining rooms, a kitchen with breakfast nook, vaulted ceilings in the family room, and a covered porch. It’s on sale for $213,600.
In addition to the spec homes, the new San Marco model is also complete. The San Marco, at 3,331 square feet, is a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home featuring a spacious kitchen with island and breakfast nook, formal living and dining rooms, and family room with vaulted ceilings.
“We are so excited to have the San Marco model in Johns Creek. In the past we have depended on our Fairway II model in North Creek and Hickory Village to show buyers what they can have here in Johns Creek. Now, the San Marco is our new focal point,” said Susan Adlman, site agent for Johns Creek.
Coppenbarger’s Johns Creek homes are in a natural setting of 250 acres of lakes and forest preserve on the east side of the St. Johns River. Recreational amenities include a lagoon pool; a children’s playground; a fitness center; basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts; a soccer field and a 10-acre park.
