DiscoverTec LLC, a Jacksonville-based technology services company, has merged with SpanData. This merger expands DiscoverTec’s Web development and design services in Northeast Florida.
“The union of these two companies is a positive move and makes sense,” said SpanData President Jesse McKay, who now serves as the new director of Web development at DiscoverTec. “By joining forces, DiscoverTec will increase its competitive edge in the market and will be able to increase its offerings and provide customers with enhanced customer service.”
According to McKay, the merger will enable DiscoverTec to provide customers with higher-end programming and hosted applications including e-business solutions and vertical market solutions.
