The Jacksonville Bar Association is honoring longtime Public Defender Lou Frost by sponsoring him as a Fellow in the Florida Bar Foundation. Frost (left) was surprised with the announcement at Wednesday’s bar association luncheon at the Omni, and was described by JBA President Reginald Luster as “a man who has devoted his life to help others.” The meeting included recognition of past presidents and a speech by Judge Gerald Tjoflat.
