Bankruptcy Bar elects officers

The Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association elected a new board of officers at its June luncheon last week held at the Federal Courthouse. The new officers are Nina LaFleur of Stutsman and Thames, president; Cindy Jackson of Smith Hulsey and Busey, president-elect; Chad Dean of Schuyller Smith P.A., Treasurer; and Jerrett McConnell of Freidline & McConnell, Secretary.

The JBBA’s new board of directors was also named at the luncheon. The new directors are Chris DeMetros of Lansing J. Roy P.A.; Lynn Drysdale of Jacksonville Area Legal Aid; Ed Jackson of Edward P. Jackson P.A.; Patrick Patangan of Akerman Senterfitt; Jody Spencer, clerk for U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Jerry Funk; Robert Perry of Fischette Owen and Held; and Chair of the Board Mamie Davis, Chapter 13 Trustee.
