Mayor John Peyton, City Council President Kevin Hyde and several other business leaders gathered at the Jacksonville Regional Chamber Monday to officially unveil the Chamber’s “Blueprint for Prosperity” campaign. The program gets underway July 18 with a series of 14 town hall meetings all over Jacksonville and is designed to raise the standard of living and per capita income in Jacksonville.
