Melodic Italian music filled the air as area Realtors toured Beazer Homes’ decorated model home at Cambridge at OakLeaf Plantation, the homebuilder’s new town home community located in West Jacksonville.

“Our talented designers from the Beazer Interior Design showcased the casual, elegant feel of our Cambridge town homes with their beautiful décor and merchandising of the model,” Vice President Tom Daddario said. “This event was a great way to unveil our new model and give Realtors a first-hand look at this hot-selling community.”

Dining on cuisine from Bistro Aix and wine from The Grotto, Realtors from some of Northeast Florida’s leading firms were treated to a sneak preview of Beazer Homes’ Diamond model at Cambridge, a 1,496-square-foot design.

In addition to the Diamond, Cambridge offers five two-story designs that range from 1,416 to 1,496 square feet of living space. The two and three-bedroom plans offer leisure rooms, two-and-a-half baths, 14 x 10 covered patios, covered entry foyers and one-car garages. Master bedrooms feature large walk-in closets, garden tubs and his and hers sinks in the bath.

Each Cambridge town home is outfitted with the Heating and Cooling Energy Use Guarantee. This guarantee, managed by an independent third party, calculates the amount of energy required to cool and heat the home and guarantees the amount of energy required will not exceed that Guarantee Usage listed for the home. Prices for Cambridge town homes start in the $160s ideal home.
