Centex Homes showed off MiraVista at Harbortown for Realtors last month prior to the public grand opening.
Located just west of the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge off Atlantic Blvd., MiraVista at Harbortown is a master planned, marina community offering three floorplan designs starting from the $500’s.
There will be 150 units in 10 buildings.
The gated community includes The MiraVista Club, a community clubhouse with a fitness center, swimming pool, fountain, and beautiful landscaping. Residents may purchase boat slips located in the 150-slip marina found near the promenade.
Floorplans include The Drake, a 1,690-square-foot three-bedroom, two-bath home starting at $505,000; The Cortez, a 2,050-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bath home starting at $526,000; and The Magellan, a 2,674-square-foot three-bedroom, three-and-one-half-bath home starting at $648,000.
