Newly completed model homes are now open for touring at The Colony at San Jose on Jacksonville’s Southside. The gated community at 3901 Toledo Road has a variety of living arrangements and features four fully-furnished model homes.
The community’s 21-acre campus has an outdoor pool, an indoor pool with a waterfall, state-of-the-art fitness center, basketball and beach volleyball courts and a clubhouse. Barbecue and lounge areas are located near each pool.
There are 320 spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom units and every residence has all new air conditioning, electric, and plumbing.
The gate is electronically monitored 24 hours a day.
Prices range from the low $90s to the mid $100s.
