Legacy Builders of North Florida has begun construction on a $1.25 million spec home in The Estates of World Golf Village. Legacy joined the community’s preferred builder program earlier this year, purchasing a number of homesites in the Waterbury, Clubview Estates, Windmill Estates and Heritage Cove neighborhoods, with most sites located on the King & Bear golf course.
Legacy Builders is offering custom homes at World Golf Village priced from the $600s to over $1 million. The company’s 4,700-square-foot spec home, The Aerie, is located in the Windmill Estates neighborhood.
The two-story home incorporates five bedrooms and three and one half baths in an open floor plan.
“We did not call this floor plan’The Aerie’ by accident,” said John Unkefer, president of Legacy Builders. “This spacious floor plan is ideal for Florida living with a sizeable family room, three-car garage and a large loft that connects to the second-floor balcony.”
The home also includes a separate living room, dining room and study, in addition to a music room.
