Mercedes Homes has announced the opening of Brighton Park, a new community of town homes in west Jacksonville. Sales began in mid June and construction is already in progress. Ten of the 92 residences are currently under construction and two of these will be ready for early August move-in. Prices begin in the $150s.

“We look forward to welcoming homebuyers to Brighton Park,” said Heather Forshee, marketing director for Mercedes Homes. “This is a popular area and we have responded to the strong demand for town homes in this neighborhood by offering three distinctive floor plans.”

Three floor plans are available in Brighton Park and three decorated model homes will open in mid-July. They range in size from 1,349 to 1,682 square feet and can include as many as three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. Each residence includes a covered porch and one-car garage.

To tour floor plans similar to those that will be offered at Brighton Park, visit Riverside at Julington Creek Plantation. To reach Riverside, take US 1 to Racetrack Road. The Riverside townhomes will be ahead on the right.
