Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres refreshed revelers at an invitational gathering to preview Summer House in Old Ponte Vedra and take advantage of pre-grand opening prices for the residences in the community.
By the end of the sales event, over 150 residences were under contract by attendees of the party. Summer House celebrated its official grand opening on May 21 and is now open to the public.
The amenities include four tennis courts, three swimming pools and a state-of-the-art clubhouse, with pub and cold towel services available at poolside.
There are 19 different floor plans in styles that range from villas to bungalows and cottages. There are one, two, and three-bedroom residences ranging from the low $100s to the mid $300s.
