The Wood Development Company of Jacksonville has revealed plans for Sevilla at World Commerce Center, a 405-home master-planned community in Northern St. Johns County. The neighborhood of single-family homes will have a Mediterranean ambience, keeping with the Old World style of St. Augustine.

Located three miles west of I-95 off International Golf Parkway, the community will offer 53-foot and 63-foot wide homesites featuring homes from Richmond American Homes and Ryland Homes.

Jacksonville-based Basham & Lucas Design Group has created the architectural and landscaping plan. Residents of Sevilla will have access to a 2,059-square-foot clubhouse house which includes a multipurpose great room with full kitchen and covered veranda.

Sevilla also will feature a resident amenity center with a swimming pool along with a children’s water feature. The recreation area will have a children’s playground, multipurpose court, and large multipurpose park and field.
