With construction underway, Beazer Homes’ new town home community, Emerald Preserve, is already 50 percent sold out. The gated neighborhood within Bartram Park is expected to welcome its first residents this month.
“Our gated town home communities throughout Jacksonville have all experienced significant traffic from buyers seeking a low-maintenance lifestyle,” Vice President Tom Daddario said. “Between our spacious designs and the fact that we build these homes using the methods outlined in the Environments for Living Program, as soon as we release a new phase, buyers are ready to purchase.”
Once construction is complete, the neighborhood will have 168 town homes. Buyers have six, two-story floor plans from which to choose at Emerald Preserve ranging from 1,416 to 1,496 square feet of living space.
Plans feature two to three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, one-car garages and covered patios. The homes feature knockdown ceilings throughout, nine-foot ceilings on the first floor and vaulted ceilings on the second. Master bedrooms offer walk-in closets and garden tubs in the bath.
Prices start in the $170s.
