Woodside Homes has named its on-site sales team at MuraBella, the new family community located in St. Johns County on State Road 16 directly across from the King and Bear Golf Course at World Golf Village. Joining the team are Sales Consultants Liana Aguero, Lisa Hudson, Todd Patterson and Jennifer Todd.

We’ve been known as a custom home builder for nearly 30 years and now we’re excited to expand our product to include production homes,” President Howard White said. “Our team of highly-trained and experienced sales professionals will help to match buyers with their ideal home in this wonderful new community.”
Woodside Homes is building on 65- and 85-foot homesites in MuraBella. Home and homesite packages are priced from the $250s to the $400s. The company also has four new model homes under construction that will open this summer.
MuraBella will have an large entry monument and a full amenities center with Mediterranean-style architecture featuring a swimming pool with waterslide tower, tennis courts, volleyball courts, soccer field, softball diamond, amphitheatre and party pavilion.
