Oak Common I, II and III, Palencia neighborhoods featuring homes built by Toll Brothers, are completely sold out.
“Palencia is a very popular community, said Dustin Frick, Oak Common project manager. “We have found that our homes fit in well with the coastal lifestyle at Palencia.”
Toll Brothers still has homesites available in Village Center and Sebastian Square, both communities within Palencia. While Oak Common is still under construction and the community should be completely finished by October of this year.
Oak Common is a community of 187 home sites bordered by nature preserves. The community incorporates landscaped loop lanes, a central park with a playground, lawn areas and easy access to Palencia’s boardwalk system, athletic and recreation-park and Village Center.
