D.R. Horton’s Jacksonville sales team was honored last month during the builder’s annual sales breakfast.
New home consultant Eddie Crosby took first place in sales volume for the entire company. Crosby achieved 143 sales for the year, and his sales were made in Heritage Landing at World Golf Village and in the Julington Creek Plantation community of Southern Creek.
Taking second place in sales volume for D.R. Horton in 2004, new home consultant Andrea Cochran achieved 51 sales for the year. Her sales were made in the Heritage Landing at World Golf Village community.
New home consultants June Merritt and Rozeta Collinson tied for third place in sales volume for the company in the Julington Creek Plantation community of Southern Creek.
D.R. Horton’s Jacksonville division, headed by President Andy Fremento, had its best customer care year to date. Reaping the rewards of hard work and dedication, new home consultants Crosby, Cochran, Suzanne Massey and Yvonne Hove took top honors in customer care with a four-way tie. Each achieved an impressive customer satisfaction rating of 96 percent.
