Nine large waterfront lots are available on Black Creek in a new Clay County community, Black Creek Harbor.
The lots are on 20 acres which include nearly 2,500 feet of waterfront. Individual lots range from 120 feet to more than 600 feet of waterfront frontage.

With homesites priced from the high $100s, the exclusive community will have covenants and restrictions in place to protect property values and all house plans must be reviewed and approved by an architectural review committee prior to construction.
Property owners will have the option to select a builder of their choice and build whenever they choose with no mandatory time period. Development on the property will commence in the near future and lots are being marketed at discounted, pre-development pricing, according to Robbins.
