The Inverness II is a 2,669-square-foot, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom two-story floorplan with an upstairs bonus room.

Prices start in the $170s. Harmony Homes is offering six floorplans between 1,625 and 2,669 square feet on its 60-foot homesites and six floorplans between 1,467 and 2,283 square feet on its 40-foot homesites. Heritage Landing is near the intersection of State Road 13 and SR 16.
