Ninety percent of the lakefront condominium homes, Phase Two of The Landings at Belle Rive, were sold during the pre-construction sales offered since January. Buyers also have taken all of The Landings’ Phase One homes.

Phase Two homebuyers have five home styles from which to choose, ranging in size from 1,234 to 1,643 square feet.
The Landings at Belle Rive is located at 10200 Belle Rive Boulevard, approximately two and one-half miles south of J. Turner Butler Boulevard and anorth of The Avenues Mall.
