Several Mattamy homes are in the final stages of construction and ready for immediate move-in at Nature’s Hammock and Cannons Point, two of the newest communities within OakLeaf Plantation.
Eight homes are currently available in Nature’s Hammock. These range from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet and are priced from the $210s. Six homes, sized from 1,324 to over 2,300 square feet, are ready in Cannons Point. These are priced from the mid $150s.
A new model home, the St. Simon with bonus room, is also ready. The St. Simon has four bedrooms, two baths and a bonus room in its 2,457 square feet of living space.
Mattamy Homes is now building in Bartram Springs, Hickory Village, Johns Creek, Cannons Point and Nature’s Hammock at OakLeaf.
