Morrison Homes has been added to the homebuilders at Amelia National Golf & Country Club, the new Amelia Island community featuring a Tom Fazio-designed golf course.
“Morrison Homes is honored to be among the homebuilders featured in this beautiful new community in Nassau County,” Vice President of Sales & Marketing Tracy Noble said. “With a stunning natural setting and views of Tom Fazio’s new design, Amelia National promises to be the pinnacle of golf course communities in the area.”
Morrison Homes will soon be accepting reservations for its 65-foot homesites featuring views of the golf course and surrounding preservation. Homebuyers have seven designs from which to choose in Amelia National. The designs range from 1,925 to over 3,200 square feet and offer up to four bedrooms, three bathrooms plus bonus room and bath options.
All feature two or three-car garages. Prices are estimated to start in the $280s.
Morrison Homes will have two decorated model homes open in late summer. The 2,813-square-foot Chamberlain design will be one of the models in the new community.
For buyers who wish to preview the Chamberlain and the wide array of Morrison Homes designs, the homebuilder has decorated models in all of the eight communities in which it builds.
The Chamberlain is among the models in Bartram Springs, where the models are open for viewing seven days a week. For a complete list of Morrison Homes’ communities, visit www.morrisonhomes.com.
