Palencia hosted a progressive luncheon last month to showcase new projects in their development.

Realtors began the lunch at the Palencia Club before boarding a charter bus to view the grand opening of the fully furnished model home “Kaylee” by David Weekly Homes, which is $500,000.

After touring the model, Realtors were given a sneak peak of the Villa La Torre, a Benchmark Custom Luxury Home, currently under construction and priced at $2,475,000.

Next, the tour bus visited the Villas of Augustine Island which is still under construction and has prices ranging from $798,000 to $900,000. There will be 40 units in the development that should have a model complete by June 2005. Realtors were invited to visit the top floor of the building so they could see the views offered by the building.

Finally, the bus took the Realtors to visit the grand opening of two fully furnished models at the new condominium community, Avila, offered at the entrance to Palencia.

There will be 280 condominiums, which will range in price from $175,990 to $197,990.

“We have seen a lot of empty nester and second home interest in the condominiums,” said Nita Roberts of the Palencia sales team.
