Will Pitts of the W.G. Pitts Company was recently named to the Associated General Contractors of Greater Florida’s board of directors and was also elected treasurer of the organization. He will be officially inducted into his new positions on April 2 at the AGC of Greater Florida’s annual dinner.
Pitts will serve on the board of directors for two years. He was elected to a five-year term on the executive committee and will serve as treasurer in 2005 and secretary, vice president, president and immediate past president in subsequent years.
After the recent consolidation of the Greater Florida and Central Florida chapters of the AGC, the AGC of Greater Florida now includes the Jacksonville, Orlando, Tallahassee and Tampa area chapters.
