Hannah’s Walk is a new residential community from Mercedes Homes located just off of SR 312, east of US 1 on Anastasia Island.
Construction is now underway with three model townhomes scheduled to open in the spring of 2005. In advance of its official opening, buyers are encouraged to visit Mercedes Homes’ sales center at Riverside at Julington Creek Plantation. Here they can view three home plans, learn about the community amenities and make reservations to live maintenance-free at Hannah’s Walk.
Exteriors are in a Mediterranean style and the selection of townhomes consists of two and three bedroom floor plans ranging from 1,349 to 1,682 square feet with prices estimated to start in the low to mid $200’s.
Mercedes Homes’ Jacksonville division is currently building in 16 new home communities in Duval, Clay and St. Johns counties with home prices starting in the mid-$100s.
