Mercedes Homes is moving forward with Phase II of Seagrove, the community on Anastasia Island near St. Augustine. Two new model homes are being constructed to help launch the new phase, which is now open for presale.
One of the models, the 1,854 square-foot Olivia, will open in spring, 2005. The open floor plan of Olivia features an entry rotunda, three bedrooms and two baths.
The second model, the 2,240 square-foot Phoenix, will also debut later that year. It includes three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths.
In advance of these openings, interested home buyers can visit the Mercedes Homes sales center at Vilano Walk, near St. Augustine.
