Ryland Homes will start presales at its newest community of Sevilla at World Commerce Center in St. Johns County starting this summer.
Ryland will offer some 250 single-family home sites with homes priced from the high $100s.
At the same time, the homebuilder will offer a new series of exterior designs featuring a Mediterranean style. Three, four and five-bedroom homes at Sevilla will range from 1,400 square feet to 3,200 square feet.
Sevilla is located on International Golf Parkway and World Commerce Parkway.
