The Jacksonville Division of Centex Homes has opened its newest neighborhood in Magnolia Point Golf & County Club, a gated golf course community just north of Green Cove Springs.
Centex is offering its Galleria Series floor plans, which were created specifically for the community. The series offers six plans from 2,100 to 3,600 square feet priced from $239,000 to $323,000. The one- and two-story homes feature three to six bedrooms, two to four baths, attached two-car garages, and a choice of stucco, brick or stone exteriors.
Centex is currently offering golf memberships (application fees and first year’s dues) to the community’s Mark McCumber-designed 27-hole golf course. The builder is also offering $3,500 toward closing costs for qualified buyers who use CTX Mortgage and Commercial Title.
