The Crowley Group has released of Phase II for its newest community - Legacy Trail, a gated condominium community that overlooks the 17th fairway of The Slammer and Squire Golf Course in World Golf Village.
Prompted by pre-construction sales in Phase I, Legacy Trail has released another 24 condo units for sale through Prudential Network Realty. To date, 21 of the original 24 condominium-style homes from Phase I have been sold - bringing the current available number of condos to 27.
Legacy Trail will consist of 180 condominium units in seven multi-floored buildings. The community will feature a variety of condominium styles and amenities in two- and three-bedroom plans ranging between 1,450 and 1,742 square feet.
