A crew from Palencia and developer Trident Realty Corp cut the ribbon on the St. Augustine community’s first Holiday Showhouse, a model home that area designers transformed into a holiday dream house. The showhouse will be open Tuesday-Saturday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. and on Sundays from noon-5 p.m. Admission is free, and visitors may donate new toys or nonperishable food items to be distributed to the needy.
The showhouse is at 165 Augustine Island Way in the Villas of Augustine Island, a community of attached villas within Palencia.
