Beazer Homes’ townhomes at Emerald Preserve at Bartram Park are quickly becoming one of the homebuilder’s hottest selling items in Northeast Florida. The gated townhome neighborhood is 80 percent sold out and Beazer Homes recently released homes available for immediate move-in.

Homebuyers have six floor plans from which to choose at Emerald Preserve. Among those is Beazer Homes’ Diamond floor plan, a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath design with 1,496 square feet of living space, a leisure room, covered patio and one-car garage. All of the homes at Emerald Preserve feature knockdown ceilings throughout, nine-foot ceilings on the first floor and vaulted ceilings on the second. Master bedrooms offer walk-in closets and garden tubs in the bath. Prices for the townhomes start in the low $180s.

Once construction is complete, the neighborhood will feature 23 as well as a gated entryway flanked by two lakes with spouting fountains. Neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool, cabana, fitness center, sidewalks, lakes and lush landscaping.
