Two builders have announced plans for luxury homes on a limited number of wooded estate lots in the third phase of Palencia’s North River neighborhood.
North Florida Builders, a Woodside company, and The Vintage Group are well known for building homes at Palencia.
“We are very excited to be able to offer buyers another opportunity to live in one of Palencia’s most beautiful and natural settings. The first two phases of North River sold out rapidly and we expect the same kind of response with the announcement of the third phase,” said Jerry Linder, president of The Vintage Group.
The estate home sites of North River III are heavily treed with oak canopies and offer marsh and Intracoastal views, golf course frontage on The Palencia Club’s championship golf course and wooded preserve areas.
From Palencia’s most notable natural amenity, the Tolomato River, to the master-planned community’s more than 250 acres of maritime oak and pine forests, North River is the ultimate location for estate homes. Home site prices range from $475,000 to $1.25 million. There is no time limit to build.
Palencia amenities include a private golf club and a 7,100 -yard Arthur Hills designed championship golf course that winds its way through the 200-year old maritime oak trees and along the waterway.
