Builder Lending Group, a new mortgage company designed for new construction homebuilders, has announced its launch into the Northeast Florida market.
“Builder Lending Group is a thrilling new venture that I am proud to introduce to the Jacksonville market,” said BLG Senior Loan Consultant/Sales Manager Frank Graham. “We recognized a need in this market for a lender specifically for production builders who do not have an in-house lender and Builder Lending Group will meet the needs of those builders.”
Graham and his BLG team will focus solely on new construction homebuilders and their customers. BLG is located at 4190 Belfort Road, Suite 315 and consists of three loan officers, three assistants, two processors and a receptionist.
The new company has already been retained by three homebuilders in the Jacksonville area for its specialized services.
