The third and final phase of the Bartram Downs community includes 53 minimum one-acre lots, many of which are located on four lakes. These particular lots were originally held back by the developer and are just now being made available.
Developed by the Alterra Group, the equestrian community will allow its residents to keep their horses on their property and build stables within a platted, deed-restricted community. Purchasers may select their own builders and build at their leisure with no mandatory timeframes. There is also an equestrian trail on the property along 16A.
